The Hospice of Southwest Ohio recognized that many families were not prepared for end-of-life decisions and decided to provide support by sponsoring education events that would help seniors and their families understand their options. The “Voice Your Choice” campaign included the development of a logo, conversation booklet, handouts, PPT template for education events and social media art.
